It has the potential to be a really fun Rock Band track. I'd say as long as you own all the rights to it, there's no reason it shouldn't make it into the store (don't hold me to that though...obviously there's no telling what the approval process will be like). Stems are separate audio tracks so as long as you have the recommended configuration of tracks (kick, snare, guitar, etc), you'll be all set.
